The Meet the Professionals series at The Tasting Room at The Vineyard Hotel & Spa is dedicated to celebrating local producers, offering an insightful dining experience that connects our community with the people behind the ingredients. Each event shines a light on sustainable farming, biodiversity, and how we can support our natural resources through the food we eat. 

This edition focuses on Berkshire trout, with an exclusive three-course tasting menu expertly paired with Spoke wines from Marlborough, New Zealand. Hosted by Lucy Handley, co-founder of Berkshire Trout, the evening provides a rare opportunity to learn about the journey from river to plate, the importance of responsible sourcing, and how biodiversity impacts both our environment and our food systems.
