With 3 AA Rosettes for its exceptional craftsmanship, creativity and commitment to sustainability, the menu has been curated by Executive Chef Tom Scade alongside our Director of Wine, Romain Bourger, who has paired each dish with the perfect grape to complement the flavour and acidity profiles.
