We've designed our menu so you can enjoy creating your own wine and food tasting.  As a guide we'd suggest taking 4 to 5 dishes to match with wines chosen from our 30,000 bottle cellar.

Velouté of  Paimpol coco beans, sautéed ‘so l’y laisse’, shallots     

Pheasant and partridge terrine, orange, pickled vegetables               

Pressed confit foie gras, pear, cucumber and ginger


Hand dived scallops, Jerusalem artichoke , black truffle                             

Fillet of Cornish cod, ratte potato, chorizo, anchovy             

Pan fried red mullet, medley of mussels, saffron, broccoli              

Cornish turbot, Cevennes onion, Iberico ham


Corn fed Tidenham duck breast, Cheltenham beetroot, blackberry                    

Cornish lamb rump, spinach, ewe milk cheese, new season onion                                    

'Jimmy Butlers' confit pork belly, apple, celeriac


Pan roasted figs, blueberry, cheesecake mousse             

White chocolate and passion fruit terrine, exotic purée, coconut                   

Autumn plums, vanilla and prune parfait, almond biscuits
