We've designed our menu so you can enjoy creating your own wine and food tasting.  As a guide we'd suggest taking 4 to 5 dishes to match with wines chosen from our 30,000 bottle cellar.

Cream of asparagus velouté, white balsamic gel

Guinea fowl and parsley terrine, orange, chicory, almonds                

Hand dived scallops, peas, goats’ cheese curd

Corn fed Tidenham duck breast, spring carrot, wild rice                                 

Suffolk pork neck fillet, baby artichokes, carrot, rock samphire
